    On October 20th, 2022 I contracted Andrew H******** company, RealQualified.com, to make outbound phone calls to households in the **********, PA area and provide me with leads for those that might be interested in selling their home. They contracted to make 500 calls a month and provide a real time website that would account for the calls being made. I purchased a 6 month contract for a $4000 total fee. Those calls were not and are not currently being made at that volume and the tracking/monitoring site has never functioned. All requests for alternative documentation have been ignored and upon pressing the issue, my access to the nonfunctioning tracking system now alerts me that my "user id' does not exist anymore. Requests to *******@*************.com are answered with vague promises of having a sales rep get back to me....or a team leader will be speaking to my sales rep and will get back to me. * ** ********* **** **** *** ******** ****** *** **** ****** *****  My spot check of the database of leads they were supposedly calling indicates that if they are making calls it's at a small fraction of what was promised. I'm not even quibbling about the zero results....they aren't even covering the basics of the contract which I will attach.
