    What the business committed to provide me: 2 keys cut from my 1 key

    What the nature of the dispute is: I paid $17 for the 2 spare keys, when I got home and tried them in the door, none of the keys were mine. I could not access my apartment and property management (weekends contact person) said they do not have a copy of the key to lend me and could not help me. I returned to the Centre Shoe Clinic to return the wrong keys he gave me within 20 minutes of picking them up, with the hopes of getting my original set of keys but he did not have them. He said to me that he had given them to another man right before me and he did not have the man's contact information for us to swap keys. He suggested I wait a few hours to see who returns keys and to call my property management to get a key for my apartment. I told him that I had already contacted property management and they will not give me a key. I had to call a locksmith in order to access my apartment and they replaced the lock as well, providing me with 2 new keys. The locksmith total fee was $575.17. The man who runs Centre Shoe Clinic will not refund me the $17 or $575.17. He is not taking any blame for losing my original key and the extra money it cost me to fix this situation.

    Account/order/tracking number: No tracking number but I was at Centre Shoe Clinic at around 11:45am on November 26th. He said to give him 10 minutes to complete the task. That's when I picked up the keys that were not my keys.
