    We hired Phillip from Pereiras Perfection to Remove our snow. He's been servicing us for the past 5 years each winter. This season - he came and asked us to help him out and to pay him upfront - we have and he's only showed up once. We paid him for our home and my aging inlaws home. He came again asking for the balance of the season which was for Februay and March and we said no as he hasn't been showing up to remove our snow. Now is doesn't respond to our messages or phone calls.
