    I have had a 30 acre parcel of land contracted for more than 4 years. The company did some site work for testing on the property leaving behind sink holes and extensive ruts. Per the contract I am owed more than $10,000 at this point which the company agrees is the case but has not honored payment. I have repaired the sink holes at my own cost so I can mow the property . I have asked that the contract be terminated so I can return the field to normal farm rotation and that has been refused. I am now forced to consider hiring a lawyer (at my own expense) to get out of the contract or not utilize this land in my business. * ***** *** **** ****** ***** **** ******** **** *** ***** ** *** ** **** ********
