    I just received one of there coolers, it came damaged, I requested a replacement part they in fact immediately sent the part however, upon trying to remove the part I saw wiring attached so I obviously couldn’t replace the existing part I have contacted them if the situation but now I’m not getting a response , I simply want a refund

    I purchased a BougeRV 1100 WH power station on the *******.com website on June 25, 2023
    ORDER # **************** This BougeRV 1100 WH power station is extremely defective and dangerous because of the following reasons:
    1) Extremely HOT AC charger when charging the power station. I am unable to pick up the AC Charging brick as it is burning hot. This large battery can explode if too hot.
    2) The 12 volt cigarette lighter socket built into the power station is defective; the socket will not hold any 12 volt plug from any 12 volt device in the socket as the plug from any device falls out of the power station socket. Unable to power any 12 volt device.
    3) Very inefficient because it does not provide advertised power. Only producing 50 percent of advertised 1100 AC watt hours in only a few hours until there is no power.

    I attempted the "Start A Refund" process on *******.com to refund my credit card, however, a message appeared that stated "Contact BougeRV." I sent a Message To Seller...BougeRV does not answer their telephone at any day or time when I have called numerous times. The BougeRV Marketplace seller will not accept refunds as my email that was replied to by BougeRV says they have to do an internal investigation as only BougeRV will determine if it is defective. BougeRV does not believe me about this defective power station unit that has numerous and dangerous defects. BougeRV has been given the right to tell me that ONLY BougeRV will determine if their unit is defective. This BougeRV 1100 power station is OBVIOUSLY defective and dangerous. I have lost all of my money of $649.49 to BougeRV who uses ********** and ********* business practices to deny and refuse refunds to *******.com customers.

    I am requesting your help to obtain a credit of $649.49 to my credit card from BougeRV that I paid for the BougeRV 1100 WH power station.
