    This spa is *********, unprofessional, and not ********* to offer massages. We had a horrible experience whereby we booked a couples massage. This is how it went: 1. We booked the massage and upon arriving, it appeared that the staff did not know we were coming. 2. When the massage started, the staff realized one of the tables was not setup properly and had me get out of the bed in front of the other masseuse to move the table. 3. When the massage started, it was quite painful and we asked for lighter touch. 4. A 3rd party entered the room halfway through, leaving the door open, speaking loudly in another language, and began massaging my wife without her permission. She wanted to finish her massage quicker by having 2 people work on her. 5. At the end, I tried to communicate our concerns to the staff, who did not make any reply. They pulled out ****** translator to better understand our frustrations. We were charged for only 1 massage, but even so, the amount of pain and discomfort both my wife and I felt the day after testifies to the fact that this company should not be offering massage services. ** ** **** *** ****** **** *** ******* *** ******* **** ********** *** ********** ********* ******* ***************
