      On September 30, 2015, I have purchased two ******* treatments at the New You Spa, located at **** ***** ******* ***** **** in Toronto, Ontario. I am bringing this complaint as a result of the lack of customer service provided by New You Spa. The treatments that I have purchased were never performed and my money was NOT returned. I have spoken to the staff at the aforementioned spa on numerous occasions regarding the ongoing issue with their ******* machine. I have been given the runaround for 5+ months regarding an "upgrade" which needed to be performed on the machine in order to perform the treatments, with no anticipated date of completion. At any given time when I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge who is familiar with the issue and perhaps can give me an update on the status of this upgrade, I was told that the manager comes and goes and no one knows her schedule. The manager at the time was Oxana S. **** * ******* ** ***** ******** ***** ******* **********  I had then taken matters into my own hands and contacted the manufacturer to figure out a reason for the hold up with this upgrade. *** ************ ******* ** **** **** ** ****** **** **** *** *** **** ** *** *** **** *** ******* ** **** ***** *** **** *** **** ******* ***** ********* ************ * **** ***** ***** ** ****** *** *** ******* **** ** ********* It has now been several years *** ***** ******* * ***** **** ** ******** ******* ***** *** **** * ** ********* ********* **** * **** *** ***** ******** ** ********** *** ********** **** *** *** *** and am now at a loss for a large sum of money. The management at the spa are completely ignoring their customers' concerns and are not willing to rectify the situation. ** ** *** **** ******** ** *** ****** *** **** ** *************** *** ******** ******** * **** ******** ** ******* ** *** ********* ********** ** ********* ***** *** **** ****** *** ************** I truly hope that BBB will be capable of getting my money back.

      Hello, I am still waiting for my full refund. On April 14, 2022 skin consult. Purchased 3 treatments + skin products as advised. May 5, 1st appointment for Nitrogen Plasma. Didn't happen because it was contraindicated for my skin which I find our when I was about to sign the consent form for treatment. Decided to replace with 3 IPL+ 3 ************** treatments as advised by the medical director. June 21, 1st IPL received ( My skin never peeled off and the spots are now even darker) July 15, ************** RF appointment. Didn't happen because it was contraindicated for my skin for the same reason as Nitrogen plasma which again I found out once I was about to sign the consent for the treatment. Asked for a refund which was refused and I was referred to customer service. 1st email was sent to customer service. July 18, first phone call with customer service representative. Explained the above events and asked for a refund again. I emphasized that I am not interested in another kind of treatment. Another phone call was scheduled for July 22 at 4:30 pm as she needed to talk to HQ and accounting. July 22, Received a " courtesy call " at 4:30 pm that the CS rep cannot call that day as she is busy with another call. I was told I will receive a call today Monday July 25th at noon. The call never came. July 26, I had another phone conversation with customer service and was assured that I will receive my refund once the manager of Burlington branch is back. I was advised to follow up on Monday Aug 8th with the Burlington branch as the manger will have the code from headquarter to refund the money. Aug 8, called the Burlington branch to get the refund from the manger. But was told they are still waiting to hear some details from customer service! The " medical director" called after several follow up phone calls and said they can only offer credit to be used towards other services. I declined ** **** ********** **** ***** *** ***** **** **** ******** **** ** ****.
