      * ***** **** **** **** ******* * ***** The treatments I had have not shown any "promised" changes. I had filler, botox and Hifu. The Hifu was for my double chin, 3 months have gone by and no changes at all. The original consult and the nurse told me I would see changes within 1-3 months. Now Taylor tell me it can take up to 6 months. Such contradiction! Taylor offers another session of the Hifu and then I will see results...I can't believe this promise since nothing else this company has advertised and promised has had positive results. I have attempted to contact the company to discuss my plan and make changes to it. I had one call after over a month of repeated requests for assistance, from Taylor. This rep declined to share the contact info for their head office and instead stated she was the highest person of authority I could speak to. I was to have another call within a week of the call however no one called me. I have sent several requests via email to have action taken and none have been answered. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of customer service and outright ignoring customers! I expect a refund of the remaining treatments unused as I do not trust this company to provide the service they falsely advertise.
