      I've been trying to get the company to honour a gift card since May 8, 2023 which their new POS system isn't able to handle in stores. Back and forth and lots of promises and never a resolution. Last promise was made Sept 13, 2023 and no further communication received. *** ******** ******** *** ******* ** ***************

      I bought product online on may 8 2023. May 10 I requested a return label. I returned some of the goods, in particular the Goalie Pads. It was returned via their own Return label on May 19. The value of the product is $579 until this day I have still not received a refund I’ve called numerous times sent emails was promised it would be escalated and I would get a refund soon. **** *** **** ************ nobody to speak to who can actually give me a real answers and I still don’t have a refund.

      I purchased the ******* ***** pro hockey stick online from pro hockey life, October 30, 2022. The stick was not received until November 18,2022. 10 days after receiving the stick, there was considerable cracking damage as shown in the pictures * ** ********* it took five days to get a response from pro hockey life at which time they told me the warranty on the stick was over 30 days * ****** I only had the stick for 10 days and have proof to show, when the stick was received and shipped, but they said their warranty starts at the moment I pay for the stick online. ** ** **** *** ***** ** *** ***** *** ****** **** ***** ******* *** to not get 10 days out of a hockey stick and say the warranty does not apply ** ********** pro hockey life told me to contact CCM which I did and they said that it is not their responsibility and they will not warranty the stick to say warranty starts as soon as you purchase online ** ********** ** *** ******** ** **** *** ***** **********.
