      ** **** *** I purchased a timeshare unit at ************ Lodge in Whistler British Columbia in 1994. This was purchased through a lease agreement to be able to use 1 week each year for our personal use.
      ** **** ****** **** **** *** **** *** * ******* **** ******* *** I would not use this timeshare again so I decided to sell it. I listed the timeshare with a company ***** ** ********* **** who would advertise it and put potential buyers in contact with me. They advised me that I would need to provide a copy of the original lease agreement as a mechanism for the transfer and sale.
      I tried to locate the original lease agreement ****** *** ** **** ** **** *** ** **** ***** but could not find it in my personal files, so I contacted ************ Lodge to get a copy. They said I needed to work with Computershare to get a copy. I requested a copy with my name only (since my wife had deceased). I provided them with all of the information regarding my wife passing including a copy of the her Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, and death certificate. This has been going on a never ending process with Computershare and their affiliate **** ************** since October 2022 and still not resolved. I don't yet have a copy of the lease in my name only or any indication when it will be issued.
      This is now significantly impeding my ability to sell my time share. I want this resolved very soon so that I can sell my timeshare unit and get out of the lease at ************ Lodge. I have a series of emails which I can provide, if required, indicating the issue with Computershare inability to resolve my issue and provide a new copy of the lease agreement in my name only.
      The name of the person I have been trying to work this issue at Computershare is Mimi M., Manager, Administration Corporate Trust.
      I have attached copies of documents submitted to Computershare and their affiliate *** ************* including documents that appear to have no relevance to my needs.
