When I looked at my account with ******** I realized they have billed and processed my credit card 3 times Nov 8 2023, Nov 06, 2024 and again on Feb 26, 2025 ************. Each fake subscription was 41.99 coming to a total of 125.97 I have screenshots and emails to back this accusation.

My father passed away on October 8, 2022. ** ******* **** *** ******* I notified MACLEANS of his death before the end of October. As there isn’t a customer service telephone number to call, I sent an email asking them to stop sending the magazine and issue a refund as the subscription wasn’t going to run out until July, 2023. I didn’t hear anything and the magazine continued to be delivered to his home. In December I sent another email asking the same thing, and again, no reply, and the magazine still continued to be delivered. I have sent 2 further emails asking the customer service department to stop sending the magazine. The last time (in January 2023) I asked to change the delivery address to mine, and I found another magazine had been delivered February 10, 2023, and no communication from anyone. ** *** ******* ** ******* ******** *** I just want the magazines to stop being delivered.
