    ** ********* ********** *** been registered for swimming classes with ****** Aquatics Swimming Club. Classes started on Oct. 25, 2022, ********* started Nov 1, due to sickness. The contract was canceled ** ******* on December 1, 2022, within 10 days of receiving an image of the contract by email (Nov. 22). The business was contacted for refund, with no response.
    *** **** ******** started inquiring about the program mid September, the program’s cost was not provided. A bulk figure was given on Oct, 21st, when M.A.S.C. has asked for a $800 deposit, without being aware of the total cost.
    ** ******** *** *********** ** **** ******** 1st payment of $800 was provided on Oct. 23rd in good faith. Total cost ($3450) was then given by M.A.S.C. on Nov 11th, including a request of $2000 payment, which has been provided on Nov 13th, without ******* even seeing/being provided a contract. When *** **** inquired what to expect from the program, M.A.S.C. has mentioned duration, frequency and locations of swimming, $35 for a test that would be deducted from the program fee if child would register, need of swimming goggles, cap, towel, and nothing else. Thinking that this would cover everything for the program, the ******* made the 2nd payment. The ******* were then asked for additional costs, e.g **** ******  registration fee of $85, uniform $450 (which does not seem to be required for pre-competitive), although not all members were asked for the fees.
    The contract was presented to *** **** on Nov. 15th at the pool, during one of *********’ training, **** *** *** ***************** ** *** ****** to sign it on the spot, ******* **** ***** ***** ******** **** ** **** ** ** *** ******* *** ******** ** ******* ******* *** ** ***** The contract mentioned $3450 for the program, no option for equal monthly installments. *** signed in good faith, only to notice afterwards that there were other costs/requirements mentioned at the back, e.g. Uniform, swimming tests, no mention though of registration for **** ******.
    *** **** was singled out, blamed, yelled at by Mr. ****** on November 23, 2022 at **** ********** ******* Campus, after which, in a discussion with *********’s *******, he offered full refund, if they did not want to continue with the club. The ******* wanted to continue the lessons and tried to discuss the additional costs, until Mr. ****** banned ** **** ********* on December 1, 2022, from entering any of his training facilities.
