      I purchased a package of 7 treatments (6 paid plus a free session, for a tattoo removal-laser) on September 4, 2022. Total CAD$678.00. The treatment was to be performed over several months. The 5th and last successful session was on March 19th, 2023. They have sent me a record confirming all sessions where treatment was administered and I have record of all communications.

      When attempting to do the 6th session, many visits over the spread of several months, *** ******* (the agent/owner) told me he could not treat me and kept pushing the service to the next appointment. I visited them on 3 different scheduled appointments, and the reasons he could not perform were either due to his absence or related to the scar tissue not healing properly. This led me to believe they would continue the treatments once the area was good enough. I continued to insist they provide the service throughout the year but, as they were unwilling to proceed, and *** eventually advised me he could not perform any more treatments as per original assessment, he declared and end to the treatments. However, I still had 2 sessions left. I asked them to refund me the unused portion of the package, and have reached out to them to claim the refund in the past 2 months They appeared to be a reputable merchant and I had no reason to mistrust them. Since the package was purchased in good faith, with one free 1st session based on a 6 session purchase, and through no fault of mine the service was discontinued, they owe me a refund for CAD$226.00 for 2 remaining sessions.

      My last communications with them were this past September and October 2024, using phone calls and text messages ** **** ******** *** **** ********* and I have had no reply or resolution. It's only after attempting everything I could on my own that I decided to reach out to BBB. Though they may offer to continue the treatment, I **** ** ****** *** ********** ** **** ********** *************** *** just want a refund.
