    My sister got a piercing here, and said they are professional and did a great job. We both go to get our navel pierced and doing the recommended cleaning, my piercing gets infected.

    I contact the store, they tell me to contact the piercer ***, there is no response. I contact them again and they said they told me if I don't hear from her, contact them again. I did, and nothing.

    So I reached out again, explaining that no one has contacted me back. They were so rude and disrespectful in the after care. I asked for my money back as NO ONE took the time to apologize, or assist with my situation in any sort of way.

    I asked for a refund and they said no. Which is even more disappointing as they can tell me no for a refund for their mess up (which I had to go to a local piercer in my area to fix their negligence- as they completely ignored me), but couldn't respond when I had concerns.

    This is one of the worst services I have ever received and I'm not sure why, as this is their job and responsibility to educate and provide information after their service.

    I sent pictures to the piercer via ********* to show the beginning of the infection. The ring was also pushed into my skin creating a dent into my skin. It was sore and continously leaking fluid, made it difficult to sleep at night.

    * ** ****** *** ******* *** ****** ******* ** **** **** ****** *** **** ********* ** ******. I had to pay another piercer to rectify the problem and all I want is my money back, I didn't even ask for the money I spent at another store to fix it. However, based on the lack of service and the disrespect I am looking for that compensation also.

    Sorry you feel this way *******. You were pierced properly and professionally. But we cannot control all the factors that may occur when you leave us, as well as how you treat your new piercing. That’s why we provide extensive aftercare and follow up…we offered you a free checkup but you declined. Sorry again it went this way for you and hope it ends up ok. Stay well.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    On various occasions I have reached out to the piercer and company to assist I what I should do for my aftercare as I seen it began to be infected. There was no response or care I wanted my money back as I had to go somewhere closer to where I live as I don't live near downtown or had the availability. It took me 2 months to get the day off to get pierced.
