    SingleKey was great at getting help for my tenants to facilitate their rent payments for two months during trying times.
    SingleKey's customer care team has also been responsive to calls most times that I contact them by phone or by email.
    It has been very helpful to me, working with SingleKey.

    SingleKey has been a lifesaver I didn't know I needed. I started with the Rental Guarantee program for convenience and security. They collected the rent for me and I didn't think I would need the rental insurance in case the tenants defaulted but that's exactly what happened. After a few late payments the tenants started to miss payments entirely. SingleKey made every payment the tenants did not and walked me through the eviction process and supplied a paralegal. SingleKey recovered over 6 months rent for us. This lifted a very significant amount of stress and financial strain off me and my family's shoulders. We recommend their services to our family, friends, and acquaintances who own and rent out properties. Hannah at SingleKey has been knowledgeable, responsive, competent, and assertive on our behalf, and we are grateful to both her and SingleKey for their support and alleviating a lot of hardship. The cost is low and the rewards are high

    Nothing but good things to say about singlekey. Cigdem at singlekey has been great in helping me with resolving issues with my tenants. If I did not have singlekey I don’t even know what I would do. If you are a landlord or wanting to be a landlord in the near future singlekey services are a must. With a lot of bad actors in the market and ******** LTB delays singlekey services are needed to protect yourself. Highly recommended.

    This company took my information without my consent, when I advised them of the landlords dishonesty and asked them for my personal information they had on me they refused. **** **** ******* *** ******* ** *********** **** *** ** ******* **** ***** **** **** ** ******* 
    They are enabling the creation of a bad tenant database by collectiong and storing information behind tenants backs, which violates renters privacies.

    Please stop with the dishonesty. I've requested information since Oct 12, and despite multiple requests, no response has been provided by today's date, March 12.
    Furthermore, I want to emphasize that you did NOT have my consent, as the property management had informed us of using ******* or **********. Their misleading information prompted us to promptly email, explicitly denying permission for any service sign-ups, reporting, or sharing of our information. I immediately brought this to your attention when unsolicited emails, initiated without our consent, began arriving.

    I started with SingleKey by using their credit and background check report to vet tenants for my rental property. During that process, I was made aware of the Rent Guarantee program. Boy, was I glad I enrolled for this. 5 months down the line, when the tenant had defaulted on rent, SingleKey along with their Demand team guided us on the next steps on how we can proceed. This program definitely makes the renting process for small time landlords like myself, a lot less stressful and helps secure your rental income.
