    In March 2022 my family and I purchased 2 adult tickets and 2 children tickets to go up the CN Tower. Unfortunately, it was very foggy the day we were in the city and hoped to go up the tower. CN Tower staff advised us that we should wait to go another day because we wouldn't be able to see anything that day. I asked if our tickets would be extended and the employee said that yes they would be extended for a year. We tried to use the tickets this past March (2023) and I was surprised to learn that our tickets had expired in September 2022, contrary to what CN Tower staff had advised us. I have reached out to the CN Tower twice now asking them to allow us to use the tickets we paid over $100 for and they refuse. We do not live near Toronto and are not able to get there very often as it's quite costly to go. My family and I just want to be able to go up the CN Tower next time we are in Toronto (which is this summer) - I don't understand how the tickets we spent hard earned money on are no longer valid and how they can take people's money and provide no service in return.
