    Ontario Road Rescue Review: Extremely Unprofessional and ********** Practices
    I had a terrible experience with Ontario Road Rescue that I feel compelled to share to warn others. When my vehicle was involved in an accident, the tow driver was overly pushy and forceful about using his services, insisting on towing the car without first obtaining approval from my insurance. He even provided a fake towing license number and told us the car would be taken to a pound at *** ****** ***. However, the car was actually sent to a completely different location — * ****** ********, which is a residential address connected to **** * * **** ***.
    At the time of the accident, I was told the maximum charge would be $500 for the towing. However, I am now being charged an outrageous $3900, with double charges for towing, despite no cleanup being done by the towing guy rather the first responders cleaned up the scene. To make matters worse, no one has reached out to my insurance company, and it’s clear that all they care about is getting paid.
    The rental company they connected me with doesn’t even exist online, and after contacting the tow driver, I noticed discrepancies in the phone number on his business card and the number he was using to communicate. When I reached out again, I received a call from a third person claiming to own the company, saying my car was at their pound — but my AirTags showed otherwise. They admitted to ignoring me for a month without resolution.
    This whole experience feels like a ****, and I strongly caution others ** ***** **** ******** ******** *******
