      Ezee Flights ruined my vacation. I arrived at the airport, excited for my trip, only to be told by the airline that I had no tickets at the airport. Ezee Flights had taken my money but failed to actually issue a valid ticket. I was stranded and distraught. To add insult to injury, baggage not included was a surprise fee I discovered when attempting to check in, compounding the financial loss. When I tried to contact Ezee Flights for immediate assistance, their lines were dead. I was forced to buy a new, last-minute ticket on the spot. They refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing and are refusing to process any refund. This company is an absolute **** that leaves you in a terrible position with no support.
