in October 2022 we purchased a central heat pump system to replace our oil furnace from the company 1click heating. by December 2023 the outside unit stopped working so we contacted one click and they came and fixed the issue as we were told that we had a 10 year warranty , the fan and the board had fried, so the company said they would put a surge protector on, then in January 2024 the outside unit stopped working again. so we called one click and they told us it would be 169.99 for them to come and look at the unit. it was the exact same issue that happened the last time, and we were not told at time of purchase that the warranty only covered parts not technician fee's. I explained to them it was the exact same issue the unit just stopped working, they told me we could use an outside technician to make sure it wasn't an installation issue, so I did, the new technician explained the whole outside unit was burned out (once again)plus more and they told me they put a surge protector on which in fact was not done, now its two months later we still have no heat and the new technician said we would have to pay 2000.00 dollars to get the parts from ** and then go after them ourselves to get our money back. which don't make sense since its under warranty. I have exhausted all aves in this. that is why I am reaching out, the unit was 18000.00 we got back a government grant, and now we have no heat in our house for two months and in Newfoundland its still freezing temps. I just want the unit fixed, someone from one click told me ** stopped making that model because of issues with it, so now I am concerned they can't get parts and I am out a lot of money, because no one is getting back to me from that company. I am just so frustrated. please , please, please help me get heat back into our home.

I had a heating pump installed in November to replace the oil heat for my home it was a fight right from the start to get the duct work and unit installed and running as of now Feb 08 2023 the electric heating unit still doesn't work for the Secondary heat sourse it was supposed to be looked at back in December.

**** ********* ********* I have heard from 1 click and they came and finished the duct work. There is still an issue with the heating coil and they found the problem and are working to correct it.  My biggest issue was not having the ductwork completed. Thank you so very much for your help,   Juan
