    On Tuesday October 15, 2024 I applied for a payday loan through a website called ***** ****** - https://********************************************

    After I submitted the application I received an email that was an 'out of office email' from a person at a marketing company. It was from Frank R.  saying he was out of office because of the hurricane where he was located in Florida.

    I emailed him back on 2 occasions at that same email to ask why I was getting an 'out of office' email from his company when I had applied to a loan company that had (from what I can see) no affiliation to his company.

    He has not responded and I would like the BBB to know this because he is listed on your website through his media companies https://************** and he also is affiliated with https://*************.

    I don't want to have any contact with him or have him respond to me. However, I would like the BBB to have this information and to inform him that he should not have any of mine or anyone else's private information through that form I submitted because I was not made aware of any 3rd parties apart from "***** ******" having access to my information. The form contains personally identifiable information such as name, address, income, work information and banking information.
