    I booked with sunnyside to clean eaves and inspection because of leaky eaves Which include two loose nails tighten and two dry seam caulking. They cleaned but never tighten the nails or caulking. Instead the crew try to get more bussiness giving me estimates to install leaf guard And larger downspout. Few days later after a rain eaves was still leaky. I emailed to sunnyside but never got a response. Two days later I emailed again never got a response again. Next day I called and agent said someone will get back to me but no one called me . Next day I called again the agent said the same thing someone will get back to me . Next day a ************** *************  man called Me and asking what was my problem. I explained all over But I can tell that man is not calling me to solve my problem instead he is trying not to take responsible. They charged me $265 Just to clean eaves for my semi detached house . He try to convince me that leaky eaves is not because of loose nails. Next day I asked someone to check where the leaky part is He said just need to tighten the nails . Next day I emailed to sunnyside . Requesting them to come back to tighten the nails . I told them I sent someone to the roof to check the issue. Today I got a email back from sunnyside asking me to provide the persons name and number so they can contact the person. They charged and didn't want to tighten the nail because I refused to install leaf guard. They treat the new customer well to get a five star reviews After they get review and been with them for long time They dont do good job and don't treat you well. *************************** *** **********
