    I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service and quality of the windows from this company. We placed an order on July 29, 2024, and while the windows began to arrive in November (with some arriving in December), we’ve encountered multiple issues, including cracked windows and faulty opening mechanisms. Tas M. has consistently ignored my emails and calls, and Jim, who is responsible for production, has been unavailable to address these ongoing issues. Jim was supposed to visit in December to inspect the problems, but as of January 24, 2025, we’re still waiting. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I’m left frustrated and without any resolution. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
