    *** *** ***** ***** * ****** **** **** *** ***** Ordered two bras, described the bra I wanted as having lace. Salesperson told me it came in black and beige so I ordered both and paid for delivery. Turns out they sent me the wrong bras. When I inquired about returning them, I was handed a list of laundry rules about returns that would make the military seem like day camp. Got a friend to return them and then the nonsense started. Told me they couldn’t return the bras to stick as they smelled of smoke. Strange since I don’t smoke. I am certain there are buyers in this store wearing deodorant, perfume, etc. which would linger on a bra. I’m willing to bet those bras went straight back into stock!!! Charged me a $25 restocking fee and didn’t refund my shipping costs for the wrong bras. Horrible, sanctimonious customer service!!! Found the same bra on ****** for $15 less, free shipping and no-hassle return.
