  After trying outrageously priced Oticon hearing aids at another clinic, I was going to put my needs for an aid on the shelf since it had not yet become a pressing hearing issue, except for a significant loss in the higher frequencies. Besides, if I were to lose just one of them during my regular outdoor activities, it would be more than a $ ***** loss. Talking to a member of my activity group who is using hearing aids, I was guided to UBHearing in *******, and what a pleasant discovery it has been. The very personal, professional, and friendly attention by the owners, ***, and *******, made me feel much better than just being a paying client. *** took all the time of his expertise to finetune the best possible system for my needs, including a follow-up 3 weeks later to check if all was ok. My experience has been not only one of excellent care, but the saving of more than $ ***** for top quality aids will now find much better use on my next Europe trip! ?? N.S.

  i found the owners, *** and *******, to be super friendly and helpful. After doing a comparison with oticon hearing products, i purchased, my 4th pair, a the top of the line signia ( check out the special features). Like the oticon, the top of the line connects to my i phone and can be significantly controlled by i phone apps. In dealing with UB hearing, i saved at least $5000. and because of this, i was also able to purchase an upgraded i phone too!If you are considering new aides check these guys out.*******************

  Being a Realtor it is essential to listen to your clients and customers for their wants and needs, and I was starting to have difficulty hearing. I initially went to ********* for a hearing test and I was told I needed hearing aids, and with the $1000.00 ******* Assistive Devices Program rebate the lowest cost quoted to me was $3000.00. My husband heard about UB Hearing from a friend who was very satisfied with UB Hearing for their knowledge and cost and like me had been to ********* first. I contacted them for an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised at my appointment at how knowledgeable ******* and **** are. The hearing test **** gave me was much more extensive than Hitchon and the cost of my hearing aids that I purchased through them was a third of the cost of what I would be paying at Hitchon and the same if not superior quality. **** and ******* also give you the friendliest customer service experience. I highly recommend UB Hearing and I will be referring any friends who need their services their way.

  I absolutely love the customer service from UB **********************. I have a great deal of confidence in UB Hearing in Trenton *************** can tell that *** and ******* really care about people and their hearing needs.They are two professional people and it was a pleasure to deal with. They are positive, nice, friendly, kind and so efficient! It was pleasant appointment.They both spent a lot of their time answering my questions.*** took extra time explaining the process of the hearing test and discussing my assessment results and reasons for recommending a specific type of hearing aid. He is a patient and kind. In the past, I went to a different provider and never receive half of the tests or explanations.He answered all my questions and his instructions on wear and care for my hearing aids were excellent. ******* was wonderful to deal with and she administered getting my hearings aids in a very short time.I want back a couple of times to re adjust my hearings aids because my own problem and UBHearing sorted it out very rapidly without charging me. Excellent service during purchase and after.Thank you so much *** and ******* for your competence.

  Positive, pleasant experiences, nice people, best products at lowest prices. And you pay for followup services only when needed; not embedded into the original purchase price whether needed or not. Recommend UBHearing to a friend in hearing need; they will be as satisfied as I am.
