    The product was not delivered as ordered . Many substitutions and deletions that werent approved by me before delivery of product . Company refuses to respond to phone contact,but is saying I havent responded. Have talked to his wife (maybe) . No response from decision maker . Going forward with the manufacturer. Do not deal with this company the problem is l paid cash

    Negotiated boat sale over phone with **** *****  . He wanted me to finance it . I told him Ill pay cash . The price went up 2 grand . There was a Covid shortage he told me . Ok with me . Arranged delivery about 3 months later . Drove ***** klms to get it . Got there paid cash . The boat was missing several items that were supposed to be in it .A list of deletions or unauthorized changes . 1 **** bicycle seat 2 rod holders 3 boat fenders 4 graph bracket and wiring 5 graph mounted in wrong place 6 no motor support bracket 7 downrigger cables tossed into the boat not installed 8 no battery box or quick release on trolling motor . Soon as he showed me the boat he took off with another customer. I was scrambling around their parts area looking for an aftermarket bicycle seat and motor support bracket . I was in shock ?? about the salesman . This was my 4th **** boat purchase. The owner was even worse . He said to me . What do you expect picking it up on a long weekend. **************** is their motto ???????? owner said bring it back well correct the problems. I said you pay to ship it back and Ill pick it up . We degenerated quickly.
