Extremely condescending and rude. Insisted that wetting the shingles before fixing them to the roof and installing immediately after pouring with rain for hours is completely appropriate even after I had told him that I had spoken to a roofer with 40 years experience and googled several sites contradicting everything he said. He was hired by my 87 year old mother in law and asked to speak to me because she told him of our concerns. I asked him to just pacify my mother in law and wait until the roof had dried up and the sun came out and he told me not to tell him how to run his business and then told her to get off the phone because he wanted to talk to her. He also promised to clean up, yet she is still picking up nails, (over a dozen so far) and her PSW got a flat tire from parking in her driveway. He also decided that it was appropriate behaviour to just walk into her house without knocking and helping himself to several beverages. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. A zero star rating from me.

We are so sorry you feel that you did not have a satisfactory experience with us! As a team we did our best to answer any questions and address any concerns you had with the roof/weather. Nothing would ever be done to intentionally cause damage to a roof. As was requested we waited for permission to get back on the roof once the sun was out as we do not roof in the rain to avoid damage. We appreciated the drinks that the client came out and offered to us due to the hot weather! We do our best to always do a thorough clean up but at times, some nails do get left behind but we are always happy to come back for an extra clean when clients reach out and request such! We always appreciate customer feedback as we strive to improve and help our customers in any way we can!
