I purchased a *** miner from SP North America on 4/27/21 for the amount of 429.94 with ******, I ***** **** **** ****** were given updates that another batch was to be received and the miners would be shipped out to the customer in order of there purchase date, these updates continued to be pushed back over and over. I have requested a refund many times and I would get the same generic email response **** ******** **** *** ******** It had been too long to fulfill my initial purchase and I just want my money back. I pre-ordered a product ******* ****** ****** from them in spring of 2021. They gave a for sure shipping date. As it got close to the date, they pushed the shipping date back, and again, and again, and again. I requested a refund so many times and they have refused.

On 05/09/2021 I ordered a miner from SP North for the amount of $679.99 and 2 years later have not received anything. When asking the status of the product being shipped I received an email saying that I had agreed to a terms of service and that I need to follow this terms of service. There never was a terms of service. I have also ordered an antenna for the product that never arrived. The antenna came in but is useless without the miner I ordered. I bought one *** ******* from SP North America for $450.99 on May 4th 2021 and I just remembered I had ordered it. I would email SP North America, but they have an automated response saying "At this time, we will not be responding to any inquiries until we have the final update from ****** regarding the bankruptcy of *******.it for our client's gateways." They started sending that automated response about six months ago according to ******.
I tried to get a refund on on 2/11/2022, but it was through ****** and I wanted it refunded to a different ****** account because I had lost access to it, so I lost hope when they said they couldn't change where it was refunded too. I hope they are still able to give out my refund as I have regained access to my ****** account that I had ordered with and that they had previously offered a refund to.
But if it is possible I would still like to receive a refund to a different ******/bank. Thank you!

-Finally on 25 august 2022 I requested a refund. They answered that their provider confirmed approximately 4500 units would be shipped (maybe my unit where one of them). After no news three months later (
24 Nov 2022) I requested again for a refund. I just received an email telling me they would contact me within the next 24-72 business hours, which never happened.

Our litigation with ********** is over but they are currently in breach of contract by not fulfilling credits required for the gateways to work on the ****** network.
