    Paid over 700 dollars for my daughters online course and for 10 hours of driving lessons. My daughter just finished her online course and tried to contact the Valley driving school and got nothing but a blocked number or out of service message. I was informed by other parents and other sources that the compagnie had folded and bankruped. This is in may and June of 2023. we did not receive any information nor there was any cominication on the Valley Driving school about this.

    on December 13 2022 i paid $627.15 to do zoom classes, in car lessons and use the companies vehicle for my g2 road test, i started my zoom classes through trubicars on January 6th 2023 finished the course on February 3 2023. i didnt start my driving course until March 28th at 1 pm for a half hour (was suppose to be march 30th at 12 with ****** but she cancelled due to being sick) did my second lesson with ******* on April 17 at 7 and until 830 on the highway driving , only reason i even got my lessons booked was because i showed up to the val caron address and asked what the heck was happening on March 3rd got told to call at 5pm by the womens husband . on April 25th at 6:45 pm i received a text message saying "hello *******, im sorry to inform you that due to some on going health issues ******* is stepping away from teaching, there for all your lessons are cancelled in-defiantly. we ask that you do not contract her as she deals with this" i responded asking what the next steps are? as my drive test is in June? to get no response. tried to call no answer (apparently they only answer the phones between 5pm and 8 pm because that women answering the phones has new job) i called again to find my number is blocked, id like a refund so i can rebook with another school

    I registered my sons for driver training in December 2021. They completed the online portions in august and we tried repeatedly to get ahold of them to book the drivers hours. They said in November and December they were extremely backlogged and the ministry was forcing them to clear the backlog from covid before they could book their hours. We kept calling, no return calls. My one son reached them this week and booked his first lesson for mid April. My other son, his twin, contacted them last night and they said he expired in January. They have since contacted my first chld and cancelled his lesson and said he expired march 3. You can check my phone log, there have been zero contact from them despite the fact we have called, left messages, and when I spoke someone one in November, once in Dec, and covid was the excuse as the ministry was forcing them to put through those that were affected with their hours and driver exams first. I don’t want my money back, I want kids to get their 10 hours each that I paid for.

    I was enrolled in valley Drivers training for my G2 license on Oct .They promised me for the road practice to be soon now it’s 4 time they have postponed it . It was first scheduled on Nov 13 then they came up with there car having transmission issue, then they moved it to Dec 3 then again they posponded it and now they Dnt know when its my turn . Yesterday the driver mentioned they cnt give me lesson because of the weather condition but it was not too bad. When I tried to contact her she Did not pick my call up and said she is not gonna call me .She will only text me that my lesson is canceled giving me a weird reason .They have my certification on hold so I cannot even cancel the plan .I feel it’s a scam and I am really worried .I have to give my G2 ASAP as I have to travel everyday in car for 15 minutes and now I am having difficulty to take transit bus .

    ***** contacted me today to discuss the cancellation of Dec 4th, I apologized and let her know that she was rebooked for the 11th of Dec with ****** she said she would rather be with another Driver, She wanted the lessons done immediately  I explained to her that it was not possible we had students that expired before her and we needed to prioritize. ***** started the course on Oct 19/2022, and finished on Nov 16/2022, as you will see in the reports she has sent you. Unfortunately, we would love to get her done as soon as possible but due to unforeseen circumstances like the instructor's car being in the garage for 3 weeks and road conditions, we are not able to get ***** done at her convenience. ***** asked me to please just give her the Certificate and she would be happy with that, I told her that I could not do that this is a Ministry Approved Course, and we would lose our License If we did that. Shortly after our conversation, I sent her a Schedule I could work her into with a different Instructor she would then be done that week. Then I got this email from ***. I contacted the owner after I got off the phone with ***** and asked her to please contact ***** because she asked to speak with someone other than me ******* the owner did touch base with her after her student was completed and ***** ended up hanging up on Her.

    I am rejecting this response because:I before enrolling into the course made it very clear that I wanted it to be done before November 30 because I am walking everyday for 30 minutes because I work where the transit bus is not there .Valley Driving Training was Sure that they can accommodate me into there schedule now when I contact them all they answer is Past is past and no one can change it .I contacted them because the schedule has already been canceled 3 times and now I am stuck where i dnt have my certificate and they are not giving my money back to enroll in something else .Even more I am done with my learning part so if they would give me a certificate I would Atleast apply for my G2 exam.II did ask them to give my certificate so that I can enroll in some other institution and get my driving lessons done .

    Like they say the car was in garage for 3 week - should the customer care about it ?Its the valley driving training who have to manage the car if they are taking money from the student .It’s them not the customer who have to do it .I have my G1 i wanted it to be able to get my G2 in 8 month so I took the course .I would not do any courses if I will have to wait more month after paying 600 dollar for the training institution .I called Shelly first then she replied to me .I though she hanged up on me the other day but in the email they said I hanged up on her which I Didnot do .
