    Ordered windows and patio door in February 2022. Installation was in May 2022 with the exception of repairs and blinds missing for the doors. Attached is a brochure provided by Daro Vinyl Products showing door purchased. The door purchased is towards the end of the brochure (garden patio door). The attached pictures show original gap after installation inside and outside.
    There was a piece of foam added to fill the gap added by ****** ******** ******** and Daro Vinyl, but the front of the door was not fixed. Pictures after this repair are included.
    The second repair by ****** ******** ******** and Daro Vinyl Products involved changing the weather stripping on the back of screen door and gluing the plastic piece back on the outside bottom of the door. This still left gap on the outside of patio door, jagged metal weatherstripping and a hole is still seen inside as shown by pictures. The video shows the air flow as well as insects around the door using the gateway.
    Gentek representative stated that I was just worried about the "look" of the door, and they are done with working on the door. The look and function are both part of the complaint.
    I was told the outside of the door used to be sold with a metal clamp that would have covered the gap and exposed wood. The clamp was interfering with the screen door, so it was removed prior to shipping and no replacement given by ****** ******** ********. Snow will be flowing into this gap. A proper clamp on the outside that does not interfere with screen door and installation of proper metal weather stripping down the doors and across the bottom would fix the problem.

    I have spoke with Daro Vinyl. They are to fix the door to match the one ordered. Since this will take time for parts, I do not want to close the claim until the door is fixed as promised. I have been told that the door will be fixed several times and it has not happened.
