On August 7, I purchased a gift certificate for a one-hour in-person mediumship reading, a service advertised on the companys website. The cost was $175. The emailed me a digital gift certificate that I could give to the recipient. A few weeks later, the recipient went to book and the service was no longer offered on the website.I contacted the business multiple times (email, phone) to ask how to book the service I had paid for and they have not responded to any communications.

    Hi *****,

I didn't think to warn you I'm a traveling psychic when you asked about a gift certificate. I am not at the **** and call in ******. My spiritual works takes me across the country, and the header on my website usually has an up-to-date calendar. Spirit decides where I am and when, who I read and when.

I just replied to your 1 star comment. Thanks for giving me the benefit of the doubt. I'm sorry I couldn't respond to your email earlier, but I've been in *********, ** during the wild fire that broke out a week ago Saturday. We have been without power, while the mountain burn around us.

Why don't you have your family member give me a call directly, since your lack of faith worries me senselessly, and I'll book them in myself. The gift certificate never expires. If you were in a hurry to book something, you could have called. You emailed accusing me of not having Mediumship as an option, and it clearly still is. I checked it as soon as you mentioned it.

Your lack of understanding or knowledge around the nature of my work or how I conduct my scheduling should not warrant an attack against me. I'm an award-winning psychic. This is not a side-kick for me. It's a very demanding life-style that is not bound by human rigidities and pettinesses.

You trusted me enough to get the certificate. My character has not changed. You didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt to get the reading done before you judged me. How unkind. To me, and to your family member.

When I am in ******, the choice is available to book on dates I'M IN ******. So until I'm back in ****** and hit the toggle switch on my website calendar NOBODY gets to book an in-person reading. PERIOD. If you want to call me on the phone, we can book something that I can enter on my end so it's a confirmed appointment regardless. And then no one has to worry about when they can come in.

And by the way, SPIRIT decides when we do a mediumship. NOT YOU. And the deceased DECIDE. TRUST ME on that one. They're usually the ones trying to get the appointment in the first place. And I am their willing ****. Trying to control when a reading happens works against the energies trying to come forward, and diminishes the healing that comes from doing a mediumship with me.

Had you mentioned you wanted this reading to be done IMMEDIATELY, I would have told you IMMEDIATELY that I would be gone for nearly a month and given you priority options for the dates I knew I was available upon my return. As it's turned out, my trip to ********** got extended due to being stuck in a fire zone and not being able to get out. I was supposed to be on a plane on Monday and I'm still on a mountain watching it burn around me.

So if your family member's f**** is on fire right now over when they can book in, I'm going to say when the time is right, it will happen, and like I said earlier, have THEM call me. Don't worry, any negative feelings evoked from your ill-deserved 1-star review won't get in the way of a great reading.

    Hello ***** *****,

Firstly, I did call you and left a message.  I emailed at least four times and messaged you on Facebook.  Surely in your extremely busy schedule you could have found two minutes to respond to me that you were away and would respond when you returned.  You did have time to post on ******** on September 6th so you must have had access at that time.

I purchased a gift certificate for a service that was listed on your website, and two weeks later it disappeared.  Weird right?  I emailed you and you responded in a very short message to book another service and add in the comments what it was for - no other services on your website were valued at what I paid for the IN-PERSON MEDIUMSHIP READING.  I no longer trust you and I would like a refund of my $175.  I have also reported you to the BBB.

    Hi *****,

This is quite extreme. the BBB? For what? I'm responding to your emails and phone calls now - now that I'm out of a very dangerous situation.
I'm trying to book the appointment. You've already purchased it. You gave it as a gift. It doesn't even belong to you anymore. I don't refund gift certificates. It holds value. I've asked you to have your family member get in touch to book their appointment. Which I will certainly honour, and they will certain gain value from. This is not a BBB issue. It wasn't even a ****** issue. It doesn't really matter if you trust me or not. Your family member can call me any time and I will do their reading. Please forward my earlier email to you, so they understand how best to work with me.

And for the record, mediumship is and always has been, and always will be one of my services.

    Hi *****,

The only reason you are responding to me now is that I wrote a s***** review on ****** in the hopes of getting your attention - which it did.  You are rude and unprofessional.  I will not allow my family member to book with you now (by the way, it's my mother and we lost my brother last month); I would like a refund so that I can book her with someone else that is better organized and friendly.  Thank you
