    This company is like a computer virus, I have tried everything to unsubscribe, block, complain. Emailskeep coming daily. Makes us wonder about how ethical this business is.There ought to be a "Do Not torment with email list" at the BBB

    Ordered trailing arms for my sxs , they were wrong and they didnt believe me until I sent pics .Then ordered sand tires got the right front ones , the back ones were supposed to be hp which means longer paddles , received the regular ones I contacted customer service and they told me I got what I ordered and paid for lol I sent them a copy of my invoice with highlighted the hp tires for rear , they then tell me they didnt have them . I told them I wanted what I ordered and pay for .This place has gone down hill and customer service not so good ! Think twice before you buy here and dont count on getting the right stuff you ordered!!!

    Ordered a windshield for my utv. It came scratched pretty bad. There a sticker on the windshield stating that once protecting film is removed you cannot return the item. Problem is you cant see the scratches in the windshield until the film is removed. Not very happy!!!

    i ordered set of mounted tires from them.they came unmounted in 3 seperate deliveries and took almost a month. fool me once. i ordered another set of tires for my atv and after mounting them on new rims that i also bought from them i noticed they were 3 different sized tires.did they try and make it right? not a chance.i was told to return the tire after i went and had it unmounted and they offered me a $50 store credit,like that would cover any of my extra cost.any other company would have expedited me the proper tire immediately. could i get them on the phone?,not a chance.i had to order another tire from them on line with no support from their customer service.my atv has been down for over a month because of them.i'm still waiting for a refund.

    My order ended up being incompatible with my SXS. After contacting *****, they declined to help me out. Be very careful when ordering anything from them. If there is a problem with your order you will be stuck with it.
