  M ******** Ordered the steel door in May and Verdun kept me undated via e-mail. I chose the date to install and was accommodated. In a matter of 3 & 1/2 hours later, ****** and ***** had removed and replaced my front door. They were very courteous, polite, (you know how some contractors swear like troopers, NOT ****** AND *****). I was, am very impressed with their work and really enjoy my new front steel door. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all that went with remove and replace. Kudos to ****** and *****, job well done and I am very satisfied. Today Thursday 07 Aug 2025

  So far our Experience in dealing with Verdun Windows and Doors has been second to none. From the quick and efficient scheduling of our estimate to the quote from ****, to the re-measure with *****, everything thus far has been professional and seamless. We are now anxiously waiting for our new windows to be installed. We chose Verdun because of their high customer reviews, quality ********************** and best warranty in the industry. You cant go wrong with Verdun as their service is amazing and they stand behind their product unlike others that have poor customer service, poor warranty and do not stand behind their product. The final installation was today Aug6th and the installation Team of ***** and ******* were incredible - the most efficient, friendly and amazing guys ever. This team are complete professionals in every aspect of our window removal and installation with top quality and precision work. Even **** the salesman for Verdun arrived on site to bring the crew and us coffees - thank you **** so much. Finally, we had a small issue during the project and **** *******, ******, ***** and ******* solved the issue and completed the project the same day after going back to the shop for the necessary supplies. We just cant express our gratitude to Verdun Windows and Doors for their excellent work in every phase of our Window process. Simply the best Company in the Industry with the best warranty, sales, installation, service and quality hands down. We will be promoting Verdun to our friends, family, neighbours and the town of *******.

  Great quality products that last for decades with expert installers. Had my exterior door replaced on one of my income properties. Seamless process, with an awesome installer, Ghyslain. The guy what in and out in under two hours, replaced the doorbell and door trims on the inside as if he was never there.

  We are very pleased with our new doors. We highly recommend Verdun, from start to finish they have been professional to deal with. The man that installed our new doors was efficient and friendly and did a great job. He cleaned up after the installation was done and answered any questions we had.

  I had to replace a broken thermopane on a casement window installed 2 years ago due to something hitting it. The replacement was made in 3 weeks or so and installed quickly and cleanly. The guy that did the work was a courteous and organized person. The price was very fair too

  Very professional and efficient Father/Daughter installation team. I only needed one window replaced this time but have hired Verdun in the past and they never disappoint. The windows are top quality and built to last, the whole process from start to finish runs smoothly and if any issues arise they are quick to address them. Very pleased!

  ****** and ***** installed a sliding patio door for us. They were great! In and out quickly, excellent workmanship and helpful with any questions we had. They tackled some unexpected issues quickly and effectively. Thanks gor the great service! If you are getting work done by Verdun ask for them!
