    Assistance to clear up our "partially shipped" order #****** so we can place a new order. With the issue we have not placed a reorder and are instead waiting to clear this up so we can! This order was placed january 8th 2023.. it is now august 8th 2023. At this point I wish a full refund. I have attempted six times to reach by phone, four times by their web messenger chat. three times by their account email message inbox ******* ***** *********  I have not once received a reply from them nor had anyone so much as answer the phone...in 7 months... All I wish at this point is for a full refund. a cheque can be mailed or etransfer sent. I am no longer interested in the printing supplies not are they helpful as we closed our business 3 months ago now. invoice for order #****** ** ******** *****. Any help is appreciated. being unable to reach anyone this is falling on no ears and nothing is happening, at all.

    We ordered labels almost 4 months ago and are still waiting for delivery of these products. These are items we have ordered from them many times in the past. 2 separate orders for 3 x 5 Glossy BOPP Labels 450/roll (sk* ******). 1st order: Oct 12, 2022 for 8 rolls = $733.84. We ordered 10 in total and received only 2. I was advised by Jim Brown on Nov 16 that it would take 4-8 weeks for them to get. 2nd order: Nov 16, 2022 - 10 rolls = $917.30 After speaking with Jim and him reassuring me that we would receive the labels in a month or two's time, I decided to order 10 more. We would need more by the time the first order got here. The last time I was able to speak to Jim was Nov 22, 2022 when he put a store credit on our account for a pricing mistake. Since then I have called, emailed, tried to chat online, sent messages through our account login but no one is answering the phones, replying to emails, the chat says we're 'offline' all of the time. There is no way to get a hold of anyone at ********* Labs. It has been months of trying. On top of these 2 orders that I am looking for resolution to, there are a couple other items. 1) We have a store credit of $137.60 2) We received a wrong product that needs to be returned or refunded - they sent us the incorrect ink cartridge for our label printer. We have ordered these in the past and never had an issue but unfortunately the wrong one was sent. We spent $324 on the cartridge and would either like the correct cartridge or our money back. I put in a return request on Dec 21, 2022 but no one has responded.
