      I bought a cpap device with modem from the said place there was a tech problem with the device they replaced my machines 3 times first they called me and told me to go with it because they found some problems with it the second machine was giving problems I called them they replaced it and that one also started to give problems they replaced the machine but a different model and it was without a modem I was not happy with it and I requested them to hold the machine and call me after 3-4 weeks to check it it’s good but they didn’t call so I called them multiple times and left msg they never called called after 2-3 months they picked up the phone and I told that this machine is not working I need the machine with the modem I also called the manufacturer they told me the agent (CPAP) will resolve the issue they also gave me a complaint nunber which I provided them but they are ignoring they are making story I am running with a COVID serious side effects so my cardiologist need to see the exact report of my sleeping history I even explained them they just don’t care so I am requesting you to please take an action regarding the issue and request them to replace the machine with the modem

      Client brought his 3rd replacement (under warranty) CPAP device with concerns about functionality to CPAP Clinic in August 2022. At this time ****** had no replacement devices, client continued using the device since it was providing complete Sleep Apnea therapy. When ****** issued a note (*** ********) we communicated to client his option and he chose to get brand new replacement device without connectivity and we were able to provide replacement new deice in December 2022. At the end of March 2023 client started to call CPAP clinic and ****** again demanding to replace his CPAP device with another new device with wireless connectivity. However, according to ****** the CPAP therapy is NOT affected whatever device reports to the cloud or not and since there is no defects with the last unit we not able to replace the fully functioning device with another model. 

      CPAP clinic being authorized vendor for ****** must follow warranty and maintenance instructions and can't alter or provide equipment that is not authorized by the manufacturer.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I never said I will accept without wireless (modem) I had several conversations with them they are now just ***** and u did never asked them to give me a different model it is absolutely a *** I told them my machine was with the modem and I only want the machine with a modem so am still demanding the machine with the modem which was my original machine I also like to report they are the one who gave me a different model I just want my original machine not a machine without modem please advise them to give the machine I mean the exact machine with the modem

      The recent CPAP machine received by the client is fully functioning CPAP therapy and according to ****** the CPAP therapy is NOT affected whatever device reports to the cloud or not and since there is no defects with this unit we not able to replace the fully functioning device under warranty.

      the machine I purchased was with modem and it was a different model so I want the same machine with the modem please note they are trying me to keep the machine without model i paid money for the machine with modem so I want the replacement with modem not without modem

      You can't reject the response to your complaint, its been 7 months since you received replacement CPAP. At that time you had a choice and YOU decided to receive replacement CPAP without modem.

      You have contacted ******, the manufacturer, you since ****** is not able to provide you replacement CPAP we as a service provider can only fulfill manufacturer's instructions. We can't authorize or provide replacement machine without Manufacturer's authorization.
