    They picked up our furniture April 26/23 and charged us for four hours saying we were told it was minimum, but we paid it ($851.11). They stored our furniture from April 26 til Aug 29 of 2023. Again charged four hours for what took an hour and fifteen minutes to deliver our furniture, but we paid ($856.93). We also paid $706.25 for our furniture to be stored for the four months. We plugged our tv in the next day to find out it had a broken screen which we couldnt see until it was turned on. I told the company and the secretary wasnt sure what would happen, shed have to ask her boss. Called back two days later and she said she had to talk to the movers. Next call she said the mover was coming over to assess the damage that day after work. He didnt show so I called next day and he came and took the tv back with him (also telling us to keep on them cause theyll try to hope we give up). Secretary numerous times had no solution so I told her to have him call me or Id call ********************. He called back within two minutes and said he didnt like being threatened and I said it wasnt a threat, thats just what I was gonna do. He said they or their insurance company do not cover tvs unless theyre in the original box (who keeps their original tv box? ***) He said hed replace it but he was extremely busy so give him time. Gave him two more weeks and nothing so called last week and told his secretary to have him call me by Friday or Id send a message off to you guys Monday morning. No call again so here I am going through all this for a 58 RCA tv that can be purchased for $500. I even offered to go buy it and he could reimburse me and was told they dont go around handing out cheques. Im at my **** end with this company and would really appreciate your help! Seeing as they were quite happy to take our $2,414.29 the least they could do after a month and a half is replace our tv. Please help!!!

    I contracted Gary’s moving to move me to my present address late last summer. One of their stabilizer beams gave way during the move and as a result I had several pieces of furniture damaged. They were transitioning to new ownership on that day and assured me that my furniture would be repaired. I have been calling and emailing them for one year and have gotten nowhere. My furniture is at ***** ******* ******** ****** **** and he will not return my furniture until they pay him. They ignore my calls and emails. I am beyond frustrated as the chairs and coffee table have extreme sentimental value to me. I had to pay a $100 deposit for my furniture to be repaired.
    Sadly I also had to pay ******* for a coat rack to be repaired and they will not pay me back or even respond to my emails.
