    I brought in items on consignment to sell and when I came in to pick up the unsold items on Oct. 12, 2023, eight items were missing. I was told they were closing my account, but I told the owner I had missing items unaccounted for. She said that these may be in bags at the back of the store, and she would look for them. I telephoned the store twice after that, one time on Oct. 26, and another time in November 9. The first time I was angrily told that she did not look yet, and the second time I was told that ********** that she would call me- and for me NOT to call anymore.
    I have stock numbers for six of the items #*** *** *** *** *** ** (****** ******** ** ** ******** ******* ****) for my customer ********.
    I was never given a print out for the other items, yet they were black heels size 8.5 and a black long sleeved top with large openings on the arms, and trimmed with white piping.
    It has been months now, and I have not heard from anyone, and I am certain I will never see those items again, or receive the money for them.
    A google review posted by another person, had the same thing happen to them. I don't think this company should be allowed to be able to do this to customers, or cosigners should be forewarned at least. The owner may believe that she has a right to keep items by simply stating that they were lost or stolen, as she makes you initially sign a waiver to that effect; however, consumer laws may differ. Your organization will know that though. Thank you for your help!!
