    **** ***** ** * ******** ****. Their unprofessional behavior and total lack of experience cost me an entire day and a lot of money.
    I went in for a simple tire swap, bringing my own tires mounted on rims along with my own lug nuts. Before even starting, they insisted that all my seasonal tires needed balancing — fine, I agreed. Then they pressured me into getting rust-proofing for the tie rods, claiming it was critical for safety, even though I had rust-proofing done just two months ago, and it's already spring. Again, I reluctantly agreed.
    After removing all four of my original tires, they suddenly claimed that a critical part — the hub-centric ring — was missing and that they couldn't install my tires. They also told me that hub-centric rings are hard to find and only come with new tires, trying to convince me to buy their tires, which supposedly don’t require the rings.
    At that point, I asked them to simply reinstall my original tires. But then they said I needed to buy new lug nuts from them for $119, claiming my old lug nuts were "swollen" and incompatible with my all-season tires. ***** ***** 
    I argued with the supervisor, and after some back-and-forth, he gave me a $40 discount. I still ended up paying $338 — for practically nothing.
    Right after, I went ** ******** ****, bought the hub-centric rings myself for $11, came back, and had to queue again to finally get the tires installed.
    The worst part is, they didn’t even bother checking if all necessary parts were available before removing my tires and creating this mess.
