    On March 26th 2023, My 2013 ****** *** was towed to Red Automotive (they are based out of Kitchener Ontario now) I supplied a turbo charger to be installed. They supplied most of the parts as stated on their invoice. They installed a oil restrictor on my brand new $1600.00 turbo. A week after picking up my car the new turbo failed due to oil starvation, due to the oil restrictor they installed. I have had specialists preform diagnostics on the turbo and they all have said the turbo failed due to the oil restrictor Red Automotive out on my car. In attempt to resolve the issue with the owners, I was verbally ******** and got told they will not cover anything. That is a direct violation of the Consumers Protection Act. If you read the reviews this shop is known to ruin peoples cars and not own up to the damages caused. I had to buy another turbocharger and repay for the tune. I am seeking compensation from Red Automotive for both tunes and both turbochargers

    Please note the amount stated on the invoice, the repair was financed through a company called *******.
