    I placed an order with Onward Manufacturing on May 27 and received it the following week. It came by ********* and since I do not live in the city, I made a trip into the city to pick up the order from ********* depot. A week later another order arrived from Onward Manufacturing and I thought it was my gas grills so I made another trip into the city to pick it up however it was a duplicate of my first order. I had not been charged for the second order, but I thought I would do the right thing and let Onward know about this mistake. I contacted Onward Manufacturing and spoke with someone in customer service who said they would look into it and get back to me. I waited for 6 days, never got a response, so I called back and was connected with Kennedy in Customer Service. She said that I had to pack the items up and drop the package off at *********. I explained that we live out of town and I didn't feel it was fair to make me pack up their parcel and make another trip to the city to fix something that wasn't my mistake. She *************** told me that ********* would pick it up. I informed her that ********* DOES NOT pick up from our location and the only option would be for me to make a trip to the city. She said that "was my only option" and when I once again stressed that this ***** ** was not my fault, she said that it was my fault because I could have refused the order! She said she was going to hang up on me because I was raising my voice so I asked very politely to speak to someone else but she said there was no one else I could talk to!
    This type of treatment from customer service ****** ** **** *** ***** ***** **** *******! Onward Manufacturing is a company that cannot take responsibility for THEIR MISTAKES; they make the customer pay for THEIR MISTAKES and then they blame the customers *** ***** ***** **!
