      ** **** *** ** ***** **** **** ******** *********** *** * ***** *** ********* **** ** ******* ********* We bought our cabinets through Olympia and they are made, installed, and serviced by ********.
      On delivery the truck snapped a cable to our neighbours house. The delivery guys continued on and said not their problem. They scratched a tile moving a bathroom cabinet in. The bathroom cabinets were the wrong paint colour, the banquette top was not correct, the cutlery drawer was the wrong layout, the spice drawer was the wrong layout. The drawings showed the way these should have been so I don't know how they missed it. And if there was questions they could have asked. Drawers were sticking out more on the top, pantry drawer is crooked, there was chips in the shelves and scratches on the inside of the cabinets. The crown moulding was hung crooked. The cabinets next to the stove are not 36" so our stove sticks up which defeats the streamlined look and should have been discussed with us if there was no other way to have this.
      The cabinets were installed Feb 27th and since then the service people have come out twice and it is still not finished. They will come again tomorrow April 4th to look and set up another service call for the following week. I went through all the problems with Olympia, they took pictures and said they would let service at ******** know. When service came the 1st and 2nd time it did not seem that they were aware of the whole list of problems. They have been fixing things and I'm sure it will get done but we have had our kitchen installed for over a month. Very discouraging. *** ******* ** **** ** * **** ***** ***** **** ****** ** * *****
