    I ordered six hard drives online so I could build a pair of *** for a long overdue backup of important ****** documents and photos.
    After a few days of not shipping my items I got a call from them asking to confirm who I was and that I made the order. I've not had to do this before with any retailers. Several more days passed and my items had not shipped, so I contacted them via email.
    They said the shipping costs were incorrect as they were shipping to BC and not Ontario.
    Shipping costs increased to 260% of the original shipping quote.
    I explained that this was their error not mine and asked that they fulfill the order as placed.
    They pointed to their Terms and Conditions stating that they "MAY" contact the customer to correct shipping costs.
    **They did not contact me regarding the shipping cost correction.**
    I had to complain after the items had not shipped for over five days.
    **I should have had my items in that amount of time or less.**
    In the end I cancelled my order and worked with a business that was able to ship the product immediately and transparently as billed online during the original ordering process.
    It feels disingenuous to hide behind terms and conditions when the order should have shipped almost a week ago. ** ***** **** **** *** ******* ** ***** ******* *** asking for more money after the fact. The initial quote feels like it is just there to lock in your business to appear competitive when they have short term price adjustments due to overstock or whatever.
    I will not do business with this group for the foreseeable future.

    I purchased the ******* photo scanner a couple of years ago, and it has performed very well. I have scanned in hundreds of old photos from my family history. The scanner feeds one photo at a time, which is still much quicker than using a flatbed. The autocrop feature in the software allows for additonal time savings and ease of use. PC-Canada shipped on time, in protective packaging for the best price.

    This is my first time using PC Canada.
    The item was well packaged and they kept me up to date with emails. My printer was delivered quickly and the whole transaction was smooth without any bumps.
    My printer is the very latest model and the price was slightly discounted which I appreciated.
    I would not hesitate to use then again.

    Stiff warranty policy! READ it before buying. Once you open the package it’s yours. They will make believe they will evaluate but will not take it back.
    Also, cheaper prices = old models. Beware of this !
