    worst service ever. ***** ***** **** **** ****** ***** they will sell you things that are 3 years old without telling you. i went back the day after i bough a vape, because i was trying to get new pods for it but everywhere i was looking said it was discontinued 3 years ago. when i was first in there to purchase the vape they said i couldn't buy pods at that specific store. so i just thought that i could just buy them online, or at a different vape store. i decided to go to a different vape store and they tried to help me as best as they could but the product i was looking for (the pods) haven't been made in 3 years. they proceeded to call their manager to see if they could order me some but he said that since they've been discontinued for so long there was no possible way he could order them. after that, i went back to waterloo vapes to get a refund because on their website it says "Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange." and i went back 1 day later. they said there is nothing they can do and said they told me before i bought it that its discontinued. (which they didnt) i asked for the manager but was told he would be in the next day. which he wasn't because i went in and the guy said he was "sort-of the manager." i told him everything that happened and he said he would call me in the evening or the following day to discuss what his manager said. he never called. so today (three days since i bought the vape) i asked why he never called back and they said that the manager cant refund me and that they did everything they could, when they did nothing. ** * ***** **** * ***** * ******
