Early this year we bought the 10X20 MeridianWood Room with/Louvered for $5684.00 with tax came to over 6000.00. *** ** ******* ** ***** ** *** **** ********* ** ****** *** ** **** ****** ** ** **** **** ** *** we wanted the best money can buy, but sadly it has been a night mare. All the 76 levels are missing and a lot of the wood has cracked, split. We are happy to offer replacement parts and have asked customer to provide damaged parts numbers. The last communication asking for damaged part numbers was Sept 18th.At this time no part numbers have been received. I am rejecting this response because:I am requesting that the CEO of this company review this picture or send a representative to see the defective items. I paid 6000.00 plus 3000 to get it professionally installed in the event that are not willing to replace this items I would like all monies reimbursed, which is 9000.00. **** ****** ** ****** ** **** ******* ** ** **********

All photos have been reviewed and we are confident that the parts already ordered are covering the parts in the new photos that need to be replaced (ex. the posts). Items with knots are natural and not structural.
Once you receive this order, we ask that you review them and certainly if there was other parts, we can address them at that time.

Currently we have the 10 x 12 Meridian Louvered Room (this would colour match with yours) & the 10 x 20 Meridian louvered room (the one you have) * ********************************************************

The gazebo that we purchased does not pass local building code. It remains in its original packaging. Could we please return it for a refund. Since it has passed the 30 day return policy "at no additional cost", we would find it reasonable to pay a return processing fee of up to $1,000. * **** ****** **** *** ********* ** ** ****** ** **** ********* We spoke to an agent on Friday 25 Nov. The agent said that all returns must go through ****************************. We sent an email there on 2022-11-20 13:59. We have not heard back yet nor received confirmation of having received the email (though Yardistry does promise a 24-hour response time). We phoned again Tuesday morning (today). Nikki handled the call and could not confirm whether Yardistry has received our email or not. Purchased a Yardistry Gazebo from ****** August 2022. We require a permit from the City of *******. A permit requires stamped engineering drawings. The company provided wind and snow loads and recommended concrete footings. I had those footings (4 ft x 24 in more than required) put in by a professional at a large cost. I also hired an engineering firm to provide stamped drawings at a large cost as Yardistry will not. They could/should provide stamped drawings based on footings they mandated for safety to stand behind their product. I have trading emails for WEEKS getting dribbles of information. Bottom line my engineering firm has asked for pretty basic information such as what is included in their 36 PSF roof load. They say that is proprietary .... this is a calculation to support their own statement of wind and snow loads required to obtain a building code to demonstrate safety. They say it depends on soil and foundations and local requirements. The Code is Provincial, the footings are as they asked concrete. They say they designed it to code but won't provide evidence to or assistance to my engineer to show that. *** ************* ** ****** **** ** ** **** **** ****** **** * ******* ** ** ************ ******** **** ** ***** ** ******* * *** ** * ******** ********* *** **** **** ** ****** ****** *********** ********* ** ******** ***** ** ***** I have days left to return this gazebo. *********** I bought a Yardistry Gazebo from our local ****** in May 2022. We received the product in good time, then we started the process of getting a building permit from the city. *************, this is where we've run into trouble. ********************************, Yardistry is refusing to provide necessary information in order for us to obtain our building permit. Not only did we reach out to Yardistry, but a member of city planning even reached out to Yardistry on our behalf. *************, the city planner received the same answer stating Yardistry cannot provide this information as it differs by state, etc. A permit cannot be obtained without submission of the structural drawings stamped and signed by the licensed engineer of record and the supporting structural calculations also stamped and signed by the license engineer of record. ******************************************************************************************************************************************** I hope that Yardistry will be able to rectify this problem ********************************************************
