Excellent service. Used multiple times for transportation/companion services for my elderly parent. Always on time, never had any issues, and are always communicative. Great people.

Shane is very kind, compassionate & truly cares about his clients, making sure they have the best possible care. I was assigned Elizabeth as my PSW & when she left after the first day I ***** ***** ** *** * immediately messaged Shane & my OT to thank them & sing her praises.
Elizabeth is kind, caring, empathetic & understanding. She is personable, funny, easy to talk to, & an absolute joy to be around. Elizabeth has such a comforting aura, infused with positive energy, & it is clear that she truly enjoys the work she does, as she puts a lot of pride & care into it. On her first day she got more done than the previous PSWs did in a week!
Not only is she good with me, but my pets love her & will often wait by the door to greet her when they know it’s appointment time. With Elizabeth I can rest at ease, & put my full trust in her knowing I feel safe & that I’m in good hands.
5 stars is not enough to express my deep gratitude for her, Shane, & Comfort Keepers. They are without a doubt the best home care service, & I’m so very grateful to be under their care during this difficult time.Comfort Keepers of Kitchener, Waterloo, and Hamilton

Comfort Keepers was a life saver for me. I don't live in the same province as my father so finding a team of people who would take him to his appointment and stay with him the whole time was a blessing and a huge relief.
