    I requested for my scraped truck to be canceled they cancelled the wrong vehicle and no one has answered a phone or emails in days. They sent me a notice to call by today and I wait on hold for 2.5 hours at a time. The number 1 to leave a msg doesn’t work.

    I called Aha Insurance to get Auto Insurance

    They emailed me once asking me for my old car policy
    July 8th
    I emailed them back at 1:15 pm and sent them the information they needed

    I emailed them back asking for my insurance slip
    July 9th 2022 1:49 pm
    I emailed them again asking them to send me the Insurance slip
    July 11th 2022 3:17 pm
    They finally sent me the insurance slip

    The Auto Insurance was $270 a month with combined option to get that price
    Then they changed the price to $290 a month because I don't qualify for that deal price of $270 a month I couldn't really do nothing about the price change as I needed the insurance

    I've only received two emails from Aha Insurance
    They have never sent me the proper documents on what my Car Insurance is covered for nor a Insurance policy number

    I called Aha Insurance asking them why they haven't taken the payment for July yet they said it takes time to process

    I called Aha Insurance twice to talk to my case worker about when my Insurance payments will be coming out every month

    Aha Insurance called me to tell me that they are changing my monthly insurance price to $290 a month
    September 15th 2022
    My case worker calls me to tell me the reason they haven't taken the payment for July or August is because they are missing a important document without that document they will be charging me $400 a month for auto insurance and I have till September 15th to get that document or I will have to pay $1,603.00

    Aha insurance tried taking out the 1,603.00 out of my bank account. They never called me or emailed me asking if I have the document they needed nor did they send me an email telling me they will be taking out the money out of my account.
