      Horrible service!
      I have been dealing with house insurance issues since we moved into our house 4 months ago.
      Initially, our broker had given us 30 days to update our electrical panel, which we attempted to do, but due to wait times and Hydro One steps to work through the lengthy process of getting all the steps done before having our contractor come in, we notified OTIP about the timelines that we were up against. Since we also live in a rural area and we’re unable to access quick service of the steps needed to even get to the point where our contractor could come in and update the panel, OTIP has been fighting against us. ******** ** ** **** **** ****** ***** **** *** *** ********* ********* ****** **** ***** *******.
      We have only been in the house for 3.5 months, and have experienced nothing but ********** *** ****** ****** ** cancellation over and over with no solid evidence of cancellation of our policy. It seems to be that each time I do the work of our broker, the company turns around and gives another “2 week extension”. This has been happening for 3.5 months! It is unbelievably frustrating and irritating beyond belief.
      As brokers, you have to be obligated to fighting for your clients *** *** *** ********* *********. ** * ***** **** *** *** ***** ** ******* ** ***** ** ** ***** **** ** **** ****** *** ********* ***** ** ** ** ******* **** ******* ** *** *** ***** *** *** ******** **** ***** ***** **** ***** inexperienced brokers. Their brokers do not know the steps required to attain an electrical panel upgrade, and just assume the upgrade can be done immediately by your contractor.
