    *** ******* *** **** ******* ***** ** ** ****** **** ******* *** * **** ***** **** ***** **** * ******* Customer service is awful, professionalism is 0 and communication is in the negative!
    My mortgage broker got me “approved” by *** **** sometime during the second week in February. I was given a “commitment letter” and I fulfilled all the requirements of the commitment letter. Communication from *** through my Broker was ridiculous, to the point *** *** *** ******** to tell me to “cease” from calling customer service when my closing date was fast approaching and *** could not give me a legitimate reason for the delay. *** kept requesting for various documents (which to me, felt like they were trying to poke holes in my mortgage application). *** unilaterally moved my possession date from March 1st to March 8th 2024 and they informed me(through my broker) about this while I was signing paperwork for my new home on the possession date (March 1st 2024). On March 4th, *** informed me that they were not satisfied with the response from one of my income sources so they were not going to fund the mortgage, this is after they asked for 2 years proof (i provided 3 years proof) of income from this particular source of income. It’s their money and they have the final say, but the way they went about it is awful. **** *** *** ****** ** **************
