    **** ******* ** * ********* They have no phone number or email to contact them for help and their parking technology is terribly unreliable. The license plate readers are very inconsistent. Getting in and out of the garage is such a pain. You have to approach very slowly but even then, you often have to reverse car, and try over and over again. If it doesn't work, you can use the iOS app to manually open but the app rarely works so you have to park, leave the car, go inside the garage, and manually override the overhead door to get in. The iOS app often logs you out and won't let you log back in. Attempting to reset the password doesn't work because the reset emails don't send. If you buy a new car or are using a rental while your vehicle is being serviced, good luck, because since the app doesn't work, you won't be able to update your details and will face parking fines for "unauthorized" parking in your own spot that you already pay extortionate amounts of money for.
