    I am the owner of ******* ****** Street, Waterloo Ontario which was managed under Sage Management prior to my canceling my management agreement with them in September 2022 due to ********* *** ******* payments to my account.

    As my condo is a rental property, I had a new tenant in September 2022. Prior to a move-in, Sage Management is responsible for cleaning the unit prior to the move-in date.

    The suite was disgusting when the tenant moved in and the tenant shared pictures (********). the mold in the bathroom shower has been building up for the past 3 years of my ownership.

    Sage Management has billed me $250 for cleaning fees and they never entered my unit. The property management representative verified this and he stated that it was the tenant's responsibility. I have been billed yearly for cleaning and even a covid cleaning which I am certain never happened.

    During my past 3 years owning this condo, this is the first year (2022) where the tenant is able to contact me regarding work orders. ******** *** *** ******** ******** ** *** ******. This was the only way I was able to find out that things have not been kept up to date as I have trusted Sage Management to manage my suite on a yearly basis when the tenant moves out. I have had 3 tenants in the past 3 years.

    Sage Management also billed me for a bed frame fix in the unit (furnished suite) and there were no images to show the damage, but there's an invoice and they are forcing me to pay. **** ** ********* *** *******.

    *** ******** *** ****** ** ** ***** **** *** ******** ****** ***** **** *** *********** *****. I ended up cleaning the unit for the tenant after she moved in and we have a great relationship now without sage in the mix. The furniture that was damaged was never recorded and they never went after the previous tenant for damages because they do not do this anymore. They never did a move-out inspection or move-in inspection.
