    My husband and I own a convenience store and we purchased a fridge from the "FA Standard Food Equipment Incorporated" company on September 29th 2022 for $4500. This fridge had a 1 year warranty. (******* *********)

    On October 13th 2022, we noticed that the fridge was not running properly and spoiled all items that were placed in the fridge. The company exchanged the entire fridge for a new one and this new fridge was functional until May 2023. Both fridges were from the same brand but the problem of the fridge not running properly had occured again.

    When we confronted the owner, Fatih, he responded in a very ******* manner and blamed us for "breaking" the fridge. He then ordered us to repair the fridge and return it back to the company and told us that our money would be fully refunded if we do so. Reparations are the company's responsibility but we accommodatingly repaired the fridge without the help of the owner.

    We found a service company named "******" who fixed our fridge for $575.17 and explained that the fridge had a gas leak.

    Fatih had previously claimed that the fridge was not working because our store had electrical problems which was found to be untrue. When we fixed the fridge, I tried calling Fatih's number and left a few messages but there was no response. I waited a week for a reply but was left to no avail.

    I just met up with the owner in his shop yesterday on July 17th 2023 and he was extremely **** and had no good customer service as he often raised his voice. Fatih completely refused to provide us with a refund or take back the fridge that we had to fix. He then told us to not contact him again and so we left his store with no refund or a properly functioning fridge.
